Well, to finish up my assignment this week,

Have I used an IM before? No

Was I surprized by anything? It was pretty easy to use.

How do I feel about it as a communication mode? I think it's ok

Well, it's all bizz, here in my bizz buzz world.
I'm just getting through my little training sessions.
I've looked at some of the blogs, some are elaborate, some are simple.
I just hope this gets easier, because I feel like a flounder!
